House Cawdor

House Cawdor is impregnated with religion, as it is the House of Redemption. Gangs relentlessly hunt down deviants and mutants, believing they threaten the purity of mankind and lead the world to destruction. According to their beliefs, house members never show their face in public for someone facing the wrath of a single Cawdor is supposed to be facing the full House - anonymity to foreigners is used to strengthen the bond between Cawdors.

Comments

I received my Cawdor miniatures as a gift from a fellow player. He he knew I would take care of them better than he had, by painting them for example! One more good reason to take care of your models - such story could happen to you as well...

A Cawdor gang is not very easy to paint as models are quite complex, wielding much equipment and tools, ropes and the like; but painting eyes through masks was not as tough as I feared.
I trained myself on a juve first, just to be sure of the output of the painting scheme I had chosen. The whole gang came afterwards, from juves to gangers to heavies, ending with the leader. You should always paint in that order: when painting the most eye-catching models of your gang, you are comfortable with the paint scheme and can get a little further on details because you are not stressed anymore - it's always a pleasure to add finishing touches.

Cawdor are close-combat oriented but kind of a softer version of Goliath, with more skill than brute force. Like most gangs of this sturdy lot, special territories like tunnels or vents are great to allow a deployment closer to the ennemy.
